Hello, I'm calling about a blocked drain in the backyard, it's been backing up and smells bad. How much would that cost roughly? ... Okay, and when could you get out here?
Hi, the tap you fixed last week has started dripping again
So sorry about that — I'll come back first thing tomorrow at no charge.
